How it goes
- Letterhead, once. Company, your name, phone, the email replies should go to, your applicator license and Part 137 numbers, and your usual rate per acre, trip charge and minimum. Every quote starts from it.
- Fields. Type the address. The map comes up on satellite with the county property lines where the county publishes them. Tap a property and the acres come from the county record. Where there are no parcel lines, tap the corners. Add as many fields as the job has. Overtype any acreage.
- Job and product. Crop, stage, target, window, product as it reads on the label, rate, carrier gallons per acre, adjuvants, and who supplies the product.
- Price. The application line already carries the total acres. Type your rate, add a trip charge or a job minimum. One total.
- Send. The PDF goes attached and the email carries a link. The customer opens it with no login, sees the map and the number, types a name and taps Accept. You get an email the moment they do.
- After they accept. The quote locks. Create the job and the field boundary is already on it. Create the invoice and it drafts on your own Stripe account.
Answer a request with a quote
Customers can send a flight request through your portal, or from a no-login link you put behind the Request a Flight button on your own website. Every request now has a Respond with a quote button. It opens a quote already filled in with the customer's name, email, phone, the address, the property they outlined and its acres. Send it, and the customer sees the quote on their own request page. When they accept and you create the job, the request closes itself out.
What the PDF carries
- Your logo and letterhead, the quote number, the customer, the date.
- The satellite map with every field outlined and labeled, and the acres for each.
- The job: crop, product, rate, carrier, who supplies.
- The price lines, trip charge, minimum, and one total.
- Your terms, and the accept link.
