PrecisionSky Portal

Run the business, not just the drone.

Flying is the easy part. Running the drone business is the hard part. This is the portal we built over thirteen months to run our own drone company, and it now runs other drone companies too: your brand on it, your customers' own logins, every deliverable in one place, and invoicing from your own Stripe account. Three minutes, price first:

Then how the portal compares to Pix4D, DroneDeploy and Optelos, area by area, with a real Nemo run on camera. Want the full walk-through? The eight-minute version goes screen by screen.

What it costs

One-time fee, charged once. Your seat and your white-label. Never billed again. Half at signing and half at 30 days if you prefer.$2,000
Per customer, per year. A customer is each company or farm you process at least one job for in the year, however many jobs.$50

Processing fee for mapping jobs, which build the 3D model, point cloud, ortho, contours and volumes, flat by size:

Up to 500 photos$60
501 to 1,500 photos$120
1,501 to 3,000 photos$240
Over 3,000, or multispectral over 100 acresQuoted before it runs

For multispectral, count captures, not files. Any quoted job gets a number before anything runs. Invoiced at month end, net 15. No per-seat fee. No contract.

The math

Ten customers and twenty mapping runs a year: $2,000 + $500 + $2,400 = $4,900 the first year, and $500 + $2,400 = $2,900 every year after. That includes your customers' logins, Nemo, thermal, safety, the planner, whiteboards and billing.

The big names list around $4,000 a year for a single seat, before the tiers they only quote: DroneDeploy Flight & Analysis is $4,188 a year for one admin seat, and Pix4Dmapper starts at $333 a month, about $3,996 a year. Thermal and the advanced features sit in their quote-only tiers.

List prices as shown on dronedeploy.com/pricing and pix4d.com/pricing on October 21, 2026. DroneDeploy and Pix4D are trademarks of their owners.

Included: all the AI analysis and Nemo, storage, every user on your crew, and support. Your data and your customers' data are yours, exportable any time, with a full export and 30 days' notice if either side ends it.

Not included: custom builds. Flying is separate and quoted per job.

New this month: quotes with a field map

Type the customer's address, tap the property lines (or the corners where the county publishes none), set your rate per acre, and send. The customer opens it on a phone with no login, sees the map and the number, types a name and taps Accept. You get an email, the quote becomes the job, and the invoice drafts on your own Stripe. A customer's flight request can be answered with a quote in one click. How quoting works.

What that buys

One portal, with your brand on it. Your customers get their own login. They see their own sites and work the data themselves: analysis with Nemo, measurements, notes, whiteboards, reports. Their engineers download the CAD. You are not the help desk.

How the portal compares

Six areas. For each one, what Pix4D, DroneDeploy and Optelos ask you to do, from their own documentation. Then what the portal does on its own, from our own screens. Nothing in this video is a mock-up, and the findings example is a real Nemo run, recorded live.

1 · Processing

What they ask you to doPix4D: pick a processing template (Nadir, Flat Terrain, Oblique) and tick the outputs you want: orthomosaic, surface model, point cloud, mesh. Miss one and you run it again. DroneDeploy: the map and model come back on their own; plant health, volumes and reports are tools you run afterward. Optelos: set up with the vendor as a project.

What the portal doesDrop the photos. Send for processing. Run the analysis. The flights are recognized and pre-checked from the frames themselves. No template, no output checklist, no add-on. RGB, thermal and multispectral each get their own lane, and one upload produces every deliverable the data supports.

2 · Findings

What they ask you to doPix4D: findings are not a function; you look at the map and annotate by hand. DroneDeploy: Safety AI, Progress AI and Inspection AI are separate agents on an enterprise quote, built for construction progress and jobsite safety. Optelos: your people annotate and label images to train a custom model for your asset class.

What the portal doesNemo reads every frame against your brief. For each thing it finds, it draws the box on the photo, names it, grades the severity and writes the description. Thermal findings carry the temperature in real degrees. Every finding is traceable to the exact image the drone captured. New findings land as drafts; a person reviews, then releases. From then on every finding carries your customer's notes, and the next analysis honors them.

3 · Nemo

What they ask you to doNone of the three has a copilot that works inside your customer's data.

What the portal doesNemo is an AI agent with tools, and every tool reaches only the account it is signed into. Say where you want to go and it opens it. Ask a question and it answers from the data: site size from the orthomosaic, findings with the image cited. It opens any image by its number, analyzes a spot you mark on a photo, thermal frame or paused video, builds a report on demand, compares two flights, and remembers what your team tells it in one notebook per account. It does not guess. Nothing is trained on your data.

4 · Thermal

What they ask you to doThermal is a colored map in a higher tier, a desktop product, or a project.

What the portal doesEvery thermal frame is kept in real degrees. Open a frame and the temperature is on it. Draw a box and you get the reading. Hot and cold spots are findings with the degrees in the title, and the heat scan drapes onto the 3D model, so a wet roof section is a shape, not a color.

5 · Your customer

What they ask you to doYour customer gets a share link, or you buy them a seat.

What the portal doesYour customer gets their own login, under your brand, and works their own sites themselves. In the field, a whiteboard link on a phone walks the crew to the exact spot, distance and direction. A safety link the whole site can open, with no login.

6 · The business

What they ask you to doNone of the three invoices your customers. For ag, the mapping tools give you a plant-health map, and that is where they stop.

What the portal doesInvoice your customers from the portal through your own Stripe account, card or bank transfer, money straight to your bank, built so nobody at PrecisionSky can see your invoices. And spray operators run their business on the same portal: the one-page spray job, the obstacle scout, the field file for the sprayer, and crop health. They were not built for a spray operator. Ours was.
