Processing fee, mapping jobs only
Mapping jobs build the 3D model, point cloud, orthomosaic, contours and volumes on our own GPU queue. Flat by size:

Quotes, thermal scans, findings, whiteboards, the planner, invoicing and Nemo carry no processing fee. Invoiced at month end, net 15. No per-seat fee. No contract.
The math
Ten customers and twenty mapping runs a year: $2,000 + $500 + $2,400 = $4,900 the first year, and $500 + $2,400 = $2,900 every year after.
DroneDeploy Flight & Analysis lists $4,188 a year for one admin seat. Pix4Dmapper starts at $333 a month, about $3,996 a year. Thermal and the advanced features sit in their quote-only tiers. - Your brand on the portal and on every PDF, your customers' own logins, every user on your crew.
- All the AI analysis and Nemo, storage, and support from a person, not a ticket queue.
- Your data and your customers' data are yours, exportable any time, with a full export and 30 days' notice if either side ends it.
Not included
- Custom builds. What breaks gets fixed; feature requests go on a list.
- Flying. We fly too, and that is quoted per job on the services side.
